Construction Highlights
• Judicious use of locally supplied products
  (low energy impact to transport)

• ICF (Insulating Concrete Form) Block is a
wall system that integrates the use of foam
  and reinforced poured concrete. Together
they create a substantial “R” value
  resulting in significant energy savings.
Our wall construction approach leads to
an equivalent rating of R58 and higher

• Using ICF Block for the walls helps
reduce construction waste by 60% to
  the local landfill

• Project is landscaped in Xeriscape.
Plants are indigenous and after a brief
period of watering (while they become
  established) will sustain themselves with
  local rainfall

• Yuma Senior Terraces has mitigated
erosion and run-off by providing a water
retention system that will collect water
  from newly constructed hard surfaces
(black-top, etc.) and distribute the flow to
levels from before the site was developed
